In class we well... We recapped on maps for the people on the soccer team that weren't there Thursday so we looked at a weird thing that looked like a weird contraption that was like one of the first maps then, We looked at a another map that only showed a picture of another old map that only showed from Greece and most of Europe. Then we looked at another map that was a little more detailed but still only showed from Greece to most of Europe. Then we watched this show on Netflix that showed why public schools changed maps being taught in geography. then we were shown that the old map favored Europe and made lots of places seem bigger than they actually were for example green land was half the size of Africa when in reality its actually fourteen times bigger.
