Immigration test day
Today in human geo we had our immigration test I wanna say I did good but I don't think I studied hard enough because I really need an A in this class but I'm having trouble with blogs that really dropped my grade so this test could make or break my grade also I have that essay do Friday and this exam ugh exams are stressing me out extremely because literally I need a good grade in human geo and in math those are my lowest subject with a 64 percent and 74.9 percent so those classes are really distracting me from all my other studying and homework haven't missed a blog lately though so that's a step Im really trying to up all my grades because I want honors so bad. also I have a biology test tomorrow on a cell which a learned about in seventh grade so it should be a breeze Id love to bring my b to an a in that class meanings I've aced every test in that class so we will see. until my next human geo class bye

Human geo
today we learned about quotas An import quota is a type of trade restriction that sets a physical limit on the quantity of a good that can be imported into a country in a given period of time. Quotas, like other trade restrictions, are typically used to benefit the producers of a good in that economy also we National Origins Act of 1924. A law that severely restricted immigration by establishing a system of national quotas that blatantly discriminated against immigrants from southern and eastern Europe and virtually excluded Asians. The policy stayed in effect until the 1960s. source countries The major source countries for Heroin are Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, and Lebanon; Myanmar (formerly Burma), Thailand, and Laos; Mexico, Guatemala, and Colombia. four types of immigration 1. maintain current level of immigration 2. increase level 3. decrease level 4. no policy as u can see we haven't done much different from the day before bye until my next human geo class.

Today in class we had a long packet to take notes out of immigration like illegal alien a foreign national who is living without authorization in a country of which they are not a citizen. Also we learned about illegal immigration refers to the migration of people into a country in ways that violate the immigration laws of that country, or the remaining in a country of people who no longer have the legal right to remain. Also we learned about eleven point three million immigrants are illegal and one million of the eleven million are children. Also we learned about undocumented immigrants In the United States, a "Drop the I-Word" campaign was launched in 2010 advocating for the use of terms such as undocumented immigrants or unauthorized immigrants when referring to the foreign nationals who reside in a country illegally. todays class was pretty boring as u can see well until my next human geo class bye.
